Kwconv
The kwconv command converts Klocwork configuration files to UTF-8 encoding.
All configuration files applied to Klocwork analysis must be UTF-8 encoded if they contain multibyte characters (for example, Japanese). This applies to the configuration files listed in Configuration files you can edit.
kwconv [options] <source-file> [<target-file>]
where:
- <source-file> is the path to the file you want to convert
- [<target-file>] is the path to the converted file that will be created. If no target is specified, the source file is overwritten.
Example
kwconv --encoding x-windows-iso2022jp c:\source\my_file.c
This example converts my_file.c from x-windows-iso2202jp encoding to UTF-8. Since the --target-encoding option is not specified, the default encoding, UTF-8, is used. Since no target file name is specified, the source file is overwritten.
